BMW. Bavarian Motor Works(BMW) is better known as a builder of airplane engines, cars and motorcycles. But company also has more than a 60 years of tinkering with bicycles under its belt. The latest range of bikes includes touring, cruising, mountain and even kids models. Most known modern BMW bike is M Bike Carbon Racer. It is lightweight (7.4 kilograms or 16.3 pounds) and has a corrosion-free carbon frame which also stiff and absorbs shocks. Other components of this highly technology bike includes saddle “Fizik Tundra 2”, ten-speed cassette sprocket CS6700 , front derailleur FD-6700 and rear derailleur RD-6700 from “Shimano Ultegra”. Bike’s frame is colored in special “BMW M- series” style and has 52, 54, 56, 58 and 60 cm sizes.
