9. Search for the cheapest day to fly
We all know that weekdays are usually cheaper when it comes to flights, but prices might differ for each destination, depending on the time of the year and holidays. For example, if you’re planning a trip to Asia during high season, be prepared to see ticket prices go up with each passing week. They will change right before your eyes!
The best option here is to check out flight prices for the whole month. In order to do that, you should hop onto any flight search engine, enter your departure and arrival, choose ‘one-way ticket’ to get a better idea when is the cheapest day to leave, then hit ‘depart’, but instead of a fixed date select a week or a whole month.
