Yosemite National Park is a beautiful place to experience nature, but one of the most spectacular things to see is the Fire Falls. At sunset the Horsetail Falls get hit with the light from the sunset and is in the exact place to light up the falls, making it appear to be on fire. If everything comes together and conditions are just right, the Firefall will light up for about ten minutes. To see Horsetail Fall glowing blood red is an almost supernatural experience. These days hundreds of photographers and spectators visit Yosemite Valley each February, hoping to catch a rare glimpse of this amazing natural phenomenon.
